In short, focus on what you want instead of what you do not want. If you want happiness, focus on HOW to achieve happiness instead of how to avoid sadness.
Life is short, don't waste time to amplify the negative things, concentrate on the positive things and the law of attraction will draw the positive things towards you. :)
